Vlinder is a contracted provider for many insurances, including Aetna, First Choice, Group Health, Premera, Regence, and TriCare (UHC Military & Veterans).  Clients on other insurances may request statements reflecting provided services and fees paid that they may submit to their insurance for any reimbursement allowed under their policy.

Speech and language therapy for children may be categorized as "neurodevelopmental"; some insurance policies only cover neurodevelopmental services until the 7th birthday.  Insurance is a relationship between you and your insurer; it is important that you know and understand what is covered and not covered by your policy, as well as any limitations (such as age limits, number of allowable sessions per year, etc.) or procedural requirements (such as referral or prescription from the doctor).
